Announcement on the Prequalification Result of the International Bidding of the Architectural Design for Architectural Design for Plot 02-09, Plot 02-10, Plot 03-01-01 and Plot 03-01-02 of Shenzhen Xiaomeisha Area
2020年4月2日，由深圳市特發(fā)集團(tuán)有限公司主辦、深圳市特發(fā)小梅沙投資發(fā)展有限公司承辦的“深圳市小梅沙片區(qū)02-09、02-10及03-01-01、03-01-02地塊建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際招標(biāo)資格預(yù)審會(huì)”在深圳市鹽田區(qū)召開(kāi)。會(huì)議邀請(qǐng)了城市規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)、建筑設(shè)計(jì)方面的4位專(zhuān)家和1位業(yè)主代表組成資格評(píng)審委員會(huì)。評(píng)審專(zhuān)家對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)提交的資格預(yù)審報(bào)名文件進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真審閱、討論和評(píng)審，并通過(guò)記名投票確定了各標(biāo)段的6家受邀機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)入下一階段概念方案設(shè)計(jì)，同時(shí)選出了各標(biāo)段的2家備選機(jī)構(gòu)，資格預(yù)審結(jié)果如下：
The Prequalification Meeting of the International Bidding of the Architectural Design for Architectural Design for Plot 02-09, Plot 02-10, Plot 03-01-01 and Plot 03-01-02 of Shenzhen Xiaomeisha Area, hosted by Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Development Group Co., Ltd. and organized by Shenzhen SDG Xiaomeisha Investment & Development Co., Ltd., was held in Yantian District, Shenzhen on April 2, 2020. The jury panel of prequalification was constituted by 4 experts in areas of urban planning & design as well as architectural design, and 1 representative from the Organizer. The jurors read and carried out discussion & evaluation on all the registration documents submitted. According to the disclosed voting results, 6 invited firms to enter the next stage of concept design and 2 alternatives for each bidding section are as follows:
